Perspectiva multicultural e igualdad de género: Son evaluados, los elementos multiculturales y de igualdad de genero, con las cuales pretenden trabajar las organizaciones. Que tipos de esfuerzos se llevarán a cabo para llegar con a un público no habitual, como el proyecto aumentará las perspectivas de expresión artística, y como el proyecto se abre a colaboraciones que raramente se llevan a cabo en la vida cultural de Estocolmo, como por ejemplo, con colectivos LGBT, fusiones de expresiones artísticas, o de otros países.
