El propósito de este estudio es, investigar y averiguar los criterios en los que se basan las autoridades locales competentes, para la concesión de subvenciones públicas a las pequeñas empresas culturales y a las asociaciones deportivas, y analizar de que manera afectan estos criterios a la labor de dichas organizaciones. así como intentar saber, si se valora por igual a ambas actividades en los criterios.
